- Delivery Acceptance: Any visible damage to the package or product should be documented immediately, and a complete, uninterrupted unboxing video must be recorded to support any claim for damage.
7. Return, Replacement & Refund Policy
48-Hour Replacement Guarantee & Delivery Policy
GreenX Online is committed to delivering your plants safely and in good condition across India. Since we deal with live plants and other perishable products, we offer a 48-hour replacement guarantee for eligible issues reported after delivery.
- 48-Hour Replacement Guarantee: Customers must report any damage, incorrect product, or plant received in severely damaged condition within 48 hours of delivery. Eligible claims will be reviewed and, upon verification, a replacement will be provided.
- Mandatory Unboxing Video: A complete, uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory for all damage, incorrect product, and replacement claims. The video must clearly show the package, shipping label, and condition of the product from the moment the package is opened.
- No Refund Policy: GreenX Online does not offer refunds for damaged, incorrect, or eligible replacement claims. Where a claim is approved, the product will be replaced with the same or an equivalent product, subject to availability.
- Delivery Timelines: Delivery timelines displayed on the website are estimates and may vary depending on the delivery location, product availability, weather conditions, courier operations, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

- Delivery Acceptance: Customers are advised to inspect their order immediately upon delivery. Any visible damage to the package or product must be documented in the unboxing video and reported to GreenX Online within 48 hours of delivery.
- Replacement Processing: Once a replacement claim is received and verified, GreenX Online will initiate the replacement process. Replacement timelines may vary depending on product availability and delivery location.
8. Cancellation Policy
- Customer Cancellation: Customers may cancel an order before dispatch. Orders cannot be cancelled after shipment and will be governed by the Return & Refund Policy.
- GreenX Online Cancellation: GreenX Online may cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing or technical errors.
9. Force Majeure
