6. Shipping & Delivery
GreenX Online is committed to ensuring the safe and timely delivery of your orders across India. While we strive to meet the estimated delivery timelines, all delivery dates are indicative and are subject to factors beyond our reasonable control.
- Estimated Delivery: Delivery timelines displayed on the website are estimates only and may vary depending on the delivery location, product availability, weather conditions, courier operations, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Accurate Shipping Information: Customers are solely responsible for providing complete, accurate, and up-to-date shipping information. GreenX Online shall not be liable for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
- Live Plant Deliveries: As GreenX Online deals with live plants and other perishable products, customers are advised to inspect the shipment immediately upon delivery. Minor variations in plant size, color, foliage, or condition due to seasonal and environmental factors are natural and shall not be considered defects.
- Risk and Ownership: Ownership and risk of loss or damage to the products shall pass to the customer upon successful delivery at the shipping address provided during checkout.
- Delivery Acceptance: Any visible damage to the package or product should be documented immediately, and a complete, uninterrupted unboxing video must be recorded to support any claim for damage, replacement, or refund.
7. Return, Replacement & Refund Policy
Customers may request a return or replacement within 7 days from the date of delivery subject to the following conditions:
Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement: To be eligible for any return, replacement, or damage claim, the customer must provide a complete and uninterrupted unboxing video showing the sealed package before opening, the opening of the package, and the condition of the product upon receipt.
Eligible Reasons: Damaged products received, incorrect products delivered, dead or severely damaged plants received during transit.
Non-Eligible Reasons: Natural variation in plant size, colour, or shape; improper plant care after delivery; change of mind after purchase; claims made after 7 days of delivery; missing unboxing video evidence.
Refund Process: Once the returned product and evidence are verified, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
8. Cancellation Policy
- Customer Cancellation: Customers may cancel an order before dispatch. Orders cannot be cancelled after shipment and will be governed by the Return & Refund Policy.
- GreenX Online Cancellation: GreenX Online may cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing or technical errors, suspected fraud, unsuccessful payment, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Refunds: Approved cancellation refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
9. Force Majeure
GreenX Online shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, war, civil unrest, power failures, or transportation disruptions.
10. Plant Warranty Disclaimer
Plants are living products and naturally vary in appearance and growth. GreenX Online dispatches healthy plants but does not guarantee survival, growth, flowering, or lifespan after successful delivery, as these depend on customer care and environmental conditions.
11. Website Errors & Inaccuracies
Typographical, pricing, product description, image, or availability errors may occasionally occur. GreenX Online reserves the right to correct such errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund where applicable.
12. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to provide accurate order information, not to misuse the website, not to engage in fraudulent transactions, and not to upload harmful software or malicious code.
